Kirk Bowman, Vice President, Worldwide Field Operations, Equal Logic
Kirk has over 15 years experience building and managing global sales and professional services organizations. He was senior vice president and general manager of worldwide field operations at Inktomi, where his team grew revenue to nearly a quarter of a billion dollars in fiscal 2000. Previously, at Object Design he served as vice president and general manager, and at Parametric Technology, he was vice president of Asia Pacific operations and vice president of European operations. He has a BS degree in mechanical engineering from Northwestern University.

Bill Ferone, former Vice President of Global Service and Support, CoSine Communications
Bill has more than 20 years experience in the service and support business and has held a number of executive positions with companies such as Nortel Networks and Amdahl Corporation. Most recently, Bill built CoSine's services business, including field engineering, a technical assistance center, professional services, Web-based support and customer training and education. In earlier roles, Bill built professional service businesses, implemented new service offerings, and ran large organizations with over 2,000 employees and $600 to $800 million in revenues.

Frank Florence, Senior Vice President, Marketing, Dorado
Frank has over 20 years of executive leadership in the technology industry. Previously, as senior vice president of corporate development at InStranet, Frank led the marketing, branding, and strategy initiatives for the company. Prior to InStranet, Frank was senior vice president of corporate development at Interwoven, where he was one of four senior VPs who led the company from $16 million to $203 million in revenue in two years. Before Interwoven, Frank was president and CEO of SmartDB Corporation, growing its worldwide operations to support 330 customers in 17 countries. Prior to SmartDB, he was president of Parallax Graphics and led North American operations for a global research company. Frank holds a BA and an MBA from Santa Clara University.

Al Hahn, Founder & President, Hahn Consulting, Inc.
Al has over 25 years of services experience and is the founder and president of Hahn Consulting. Al has been consulting in services marketing and selling since 1988 and teaching service pricing around the world since 1990. His company regularly delivers market research, consulting, and training to many of the world's leading high technology companies including Agilent Technologies, Hewlett Packard, Intel, Oracle, Philips Medical, Motorola, Siemens, and Sony.

Douglas Michaelides, VP Global Marketing, Nortel
Douglas had a distinguished career at Nortel Networks spanning nearly 20 years, during which he led both product and service businesses. He worked his way from systems engineer through several manager and vice president positions to his most recent role as vice president and general manager of Global Network Services. He is an experienced general manager who has delivered hundreds of millions of dollars in new revenue growth and profitability for the company. A leader in the field, he has also taught courses in telecommunications at Ryerson Polytechnic University in Canada. Douglas has a BS in electrical engineering from the University of Toronto and an MBA from York University in Toronto.

Michael Minard, Principal, Strategy for the Bottom Line
Michael was formerly an executive vice president for GE Access, one of the world's largest value-added distributors. Driving billions in product and service sales, GE Access operates in 15 countries in North America and Europe. At GE Access, Michael was responsible for all operations, vendor relationships and marketing. He also led a field sales force and started several new businesses for GE resulting in over $600 million in revenue. Michael is highly regarded in the industry and has received numerous awards, including the GE Pinnacle award. He is an experienced Six Sigma leader, and published author on channel strategies. Previously, he developed and ran several successful startups in the technology sector.

Cynthia B. Padnos, Director, Outlook Ventures
Prior to joining Outlook, Cindy was a venture consultant working with top-tier venture capital firms. Her work ranged from interim CEO assignments, to new investment due diligence — all within the software, internet services and communications sectors. Projects were completed jointly with firms such as BA Venture Partners, 3i, InterWest Ventures, Apex, Bay Partners, Benchmark, MDV, El Dorado, TPG Ventures and USVP. She has over 20 years of experience in a variety of technology operating and management consulting roles, most recently as the founder and CEO of Vivant Corporation. Previously, she served as president and CEO of Acumen and as vice president of marketing at Scopus Technology (later acquired by Siebel Systems). She also spent time at Ingres and AT&T. Prior to these operational roles, she spent time at consulting groups Arthur D. Little and Booz Allen & Hamilton. She has a BA, magna cum laude, from the University of Michigan and received her MBA/MSIA with honors from Carnegie-Mellon University's Graduate School of Industrial Administration. She serves on several executive, advisory and educational boards.

Anneke Seley, Founder and CEO, Phone Works
Anneke Seley has over 20 years high-tech experience, and is the founder of Phone Works, a consulting firm she started in 1991 to help high technology companies build high performance inside sales teams. Previously, Anneke built Oracle’s inside sales team which became perhaps one of the best-performing and most widely renowned sales department sin the software industry. Today, at Phone Works, Anneke oversees a group of the industry's best sales consultants, helping companies achieve revenue acceleration from professional inside sales teams at decreased cost of sales.
