Peter Solvik, Managing Director, Sigma Partners
Pete joined Sigma Partners in 2002, and is a managing director. He has over 20 years of experience at leading high technology companies. Most recently, he was senior vice president of Cisco Systems where he was responsible for information technology, internet initiatives and productivity strategy on a worldwide basis and reported to CEO John Chambers. Peter managed IT at Cisco for nearly ten years, from January 1993 to September 2002, during the company's explosive growth from under $500 million to nearly $20 billion in annual sales. Peter was CIO from 1994 to 2001, and conceived and formed Cisco's Internet Business Solutions Group. While at Cisco, Peter was named to the CIO 100 four times by CIO Magazine, and was chosen as one of "the 25 most powerful executives in Networking" and one of "50 People Who Make a Difference in Enterprise Networking" by Network World. He has been quoted in articles on IT and eBusiness in Fortune, the Wall Street Journal, Business Week, the Economist, the New York Times, Information Week, CIO Magazine and many other publications and books, and has been keynote speaker at over 50 industry conferences on information technology and eBusiness. From 1981 to 1993, he was at Apple Computer where he was senior director of information systems and technology. Peter received a BS in business administration with a concentration in information systems from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he was recently appointed to the Board of Overseers of The College of Business.

Devin Mathews, Principal, Baird Venture Partners
Devin concentrates on investment opportunities in the business services sector. Prior to joining BVP, Devin spent ten years working in the private equity industry. He was a Principal at Great Hill Partners where he was responsible for investments in the business and financial services sectors. He was also an associate with Gilde Investment Management, a private equity firm located in The Netherlands, where he evaluated early stage technology investments throughout Europe. Devin started his venture capital career at William Blair Capital Partners where he was an analyst. Prior to WBCP, Devin was an equity research analyst covering business services, consumer software and transaction processing companies. He is also a director of TrueAdvantage, Inc. Devin received his BA from the State University of New York at Binghamton and his MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.

Tom Blaisdell, General Partner, DCM
Tom, General Partner, joined DCM in January 2000. Prior to joining DCM, Tom spent three years at two Internet startups, Encanto Networks and Fatbrain.com (formerly Computer Literacy). At Encanto, Tom served as vice president of marketing. At Computer Literacy, Tom served as an advisor to the Company from its birth in the proverbial Silicon Valley garage through completion of its first venture-backed financing, then joining the online professional bookstore as vice president of marketing and editorial. Before Computer Literacy, Tom spent six years at Intuit, most recently as the general manager of the business products group (QuickBooks). Prior to Intuit, Tom worked for Bain & Co. in San Francisco and Boston. Tom holds a BS in mechanical engineering with distinction from Stanford University, as well as an MBA with high distinction from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College, where he was an Edward Tuck Scholar.

Tom Cotney, President and CEO, Air2Web
Tom is recognized as an expert and a thought leader in the field of business process outsourcing. Tom joined Air2Web, a privately held, full service mobile marketing firm, in 2008. Prior to Air2Web, Tom spent 11 years in executive roles at IBM Global Services, where he was most recently General Manager for the company's foray into business process outsourcing in North and South America. While at IBM, Tom also served as General Manager of the Communications Sector, managing a large IT services portfolio serving Media, Energy and Telecommunications firms. In addition to other senior executive roles at IBM Global Services, Tom has held vice president and sales management positions at Norrell, Apple and IBM's sales and distribution organization. Most recently, Tom founded Marvin Thomas Partners, Inc., a consultancy focused on operational execution by new entrants and existing providers of outsourcing services in the BPO and IT markets. Tom is active in the Atlanta Community, having raised over $3.5 million for the United Way and related charities over the past two years. Tom received his BA from the Terry College of Business at University of Georgia, Summa Cum Laude and has completed Executive programs at both Harvard Business School and Harvard Law School.

John Vitalie, President and CEO, Encover
John is responsible for Encover's global strategy and operations. He brings twenty years of executive and sales leadership to Encover, including his most recent role as Regional Vice President of The NASDAQ OMX Stock Market. At NASDAQ, John was responsible for all corporate client sales, support and operations for the western region. Prior to this, John held executive sales and global channel management positions at Siebel Systems, where he established and grew the Life Sciences business unit into the market leading provider of healthcare software solutions. John was previously SVP of Worldwide Marketing and Sales at ADAC Labs, provider of medical imaging systems. John was instrumental in the implementation of a Total Quality Management System, eventually leading ADAC to become the Winner of the 1996 Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. John is a frequent speaker and panelist for organizations such as The International Business Forum, Financial Executives International, the Software Alliance Organization, and the Silicon Valley Leadership Group. John currently serves on the Board of The Tech (Museum) in San Jose and on the Advisory Board of Ronnie Lott's All Stars Helping Kids Foundation. He also has been a member of TechNet, Silicon Valley Leadership Group, California Healthcare Institute and SD Forum. John is an alumnus of the Stanford Graduate School of Business and holds a BS from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Sridhar Krishnan, Founder
Sridhar founded Encover in 2000, and most recently served as its Chief Technical Officer until September 2004. Sridhar has over 22 years service industry experience developing and deploying business solutions for some of the largest corporations in the US. Before founding Encover, Sridhar was the vice president of engineering at Decide.com, a venture funded e-commerce site for consumer telecom products. Prior to Decide.com, Sridhar was the lead architect of Cisco Systems’ award winning Service Contract Center, which booked revenues of $2.5 billion in FY 2001. Before Cisco, Sridhar was the co-founder and vice president of research and development for D.W. Smith & Associates, a provider of comprehensive service management software. At DWS&A, Sridhar oversaw the enterprise-wide deployment of service solutions at large companies including Telstra (Telecom Australia) and PacTel Business Systems. Sridhar received a BS in engineering and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, India.
