Chip Overstreet, President & CEO
Chip is responsible for Encover's strategy and operations. Chip has over 17 years experience leading technology companies. Prior to Encover, Chip served as vice president of marketing & business development at Blue Martini Software, where he drove the company into key vertical segments and built strategic partnerships with independent software vendors and platform partners. Previously, he served as president and CEO of RTIME, a provider of collaborative networking software, which he sold to Sony Corporation. Prior to Sony, he held vice president of marketing and alliances roles at Open Horizon and Ochre Development, and product consulting and sales engineering roles at Oracle Corporation. Chip received a BA in economics from Stanford University. He also currently serves as the president of the Silicon Valley chapter of the Association for Service Management International.
J.B. Henriksen, Chief Financial Officer
JB is responsible for finance, accounting, and administrative functions at Encover, and brings over 20 years of experience to the company. He has served as CFO at a variety of companies where he designed and implemented the companies’ accounting, human resource, and information technology departments, drove major process improvements, and led M&A activities. Most recently, J.B. was principal of Mavericx, where he provided strategic and financial consulting and served as interim CFO to fast growth companies. Earlier, he served as CFO at Vermax, Inc., and Cannon Industries, and as vice president of finance at NextPage, Inc. and Campus Pipeline. J.B. began his career at Deloitte & Touche, where he earned his CPA, and he holds a BS in accounting from the University of Utah.
Debra Rebchook, Vice President, Business Services
Debra is responsible for professional services and product management at Encover, including the management of all client implementations. Debra brings over 20 years of experience in professional services and product development to Encover. Prior to joining Encover in 2002, Debra held senior client service and development positions at DW Smith and PMSC where she implemented service contract management solutions for customers including Telstra, Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Massachusetts, AT&T, CLI, Motorola, Schlumberger, and Allstate. Debra has a BS in computer programming from Northern Illinois University.
Mike O'Brien , Vice President, Worldwide Sales
Mike is responsible for Encover's worldwide sales strategy and execution. Mike brings over 25 years of channel-centric sales expertise to Encover. Most recently, Mike held Executive Director and VP of Sales & Marketing roles at MarketSource, a provider of large-scale outsourced sales programs to IT channels organizations. Prior, Mike held roles including vice president of sales, vice president of business development and vice president of channel management at Interland and Navision Software, which was acquired by Microsoft Corporation in 2002 . Mike began his career and spent 17 years at IBM Corporation in a variety of roles encompassing sales, sales management and channel development. Mike holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in business from Purdue University.
Chris De Vylder, Vice President, Marketing and Business Development
Chris is responsible for corporate and product marketing, client marketing, sales operations as well as all pre-sales activities at Encover. Prior to joining Encover, Chris led product management for Siebel's High Tech, Automotive and Manufacturing product lines and was instrumental in building out Siebel's Partner Relationship Management products. Earlier in his career, Chris set up and managed a network of value-added resellers in South-East Asia for ICOS Vision Systems (acquired by KLA Tencor), a semiconductor equipment manufacturer, contributing to ICOS' significant growth in the region and eventually its successful IPO in 1997. Chris holds an MBA from the Wharton School and an MS in Engineering from KU Leuven in Belgium.
Naveen Zutshi, Vice President, Technology & Operations
Naveen is responsible for Encover's technology and solution architecture, as well as IT operations. Prior to joining Encover, Naveen spent seven years in a variety of senior technology positions with Cisco Systems, where he was responsible for architecting and delivering Enterprise Management & Identity Management Solutions. Naveen's background at Cisco also includes leading the development of Sales Force Automation technologies in support of the global sales force at Cisco. Earlier in his career, Naveen spent six years with Wal-Mart Corporation, most recently as strategy manager for their enterprise information portal and in senior engineering positions at Tata Unisys. Naveen holds a B.E. in Computer Engineering with Distinction from Bangalore University, and an MBA from the University of Arkansas.
Mike Williams, Vice President and General Manager, Client Services Mike is responsible for client services, ensuring Encover provides a dynamic, high-output sales solution for our clients. Prior to Encover, Mike was the COO and Managing Director of Europe for SENTO Corporation, a public company, where he spent 9 years in the outsourced sales, service and support industry. As an executive with SENTO, Mike held budgetary and operational responsibility for a multi-national organization, playing a key role in M&A activities, vendor and site selection,as well as sales, while SENTO grew from $17M/yr to over $50M/yr in revenue. His experience in the outsourced services industry helped ensure a solid service delivery as well as high efficiency, which is why he was elected to serve as an advisory board member for the creation of the J.D. Power and Associates Certified Technology Service and Support Award program.
