Inside Sales Representative
Encover is a rapidly growing provider of on demand solutions to enable manufacturers and their channel partners to maximize service agreement revenues. Responsibilities:
- The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for selling a variety of services (e.g. contract renewals, warranty extensions, service contracts and maintenance agreements) on behalf of major manufacturers around the world.
- Position requires managing a territory with a sales quota.
- A desire to succeed and grow in a professional sales environment is essential.
- Utilize Encover software to research and manage customer accounts.
- Ensure the integrity of client information maintained in the database systems.
Qualifications:
- College degree preferred.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Telesales or inside/outside sales experience a plus
- Organized and focused, able to multi-task and prioritize.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and positive TEAM player.
- Basic experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Internet. Experience with CRM a plus.
