ENCOVER PROMOTES MICHAEL LONDGREN TO VICE PRESIDENT, MARKETING

Marketing & Strategy Executive with Extensive Enterprise Software
Experience to Guide Company through Next Phases of Growth

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., (June 20, 2005) — Encover®, Inc., a., a leading provider of technology and services to help manufacturers maximize service contract revenues, today announced the promotion of Michael Londgren to Vice President, Marketing. Londgren has headed the company's product marketing organization since 2004, and was the key architect behind repositioning the company's solutions as "On Demand."

Prior to Encover, Londgren drove all outbound marketing at Blue Martini Software, a publicly traded company and one of the fastest growing enterprise software companies in history. At Blue Martini, Londgren led the product marketing, corporate marketing, public relations, analyst relations, and lead generation functions. Prior to Blue Martini, Londgren served as a management consultant for Marakon Associates, where he advised senior executives on strategies to maximize shareholder value. Earlier in his career, Londgren worked at Apple Computer, where he managed the Apple Developer Catalog business. Londgren has an MBA from Harvard Business School, as well as a BA with honors from Stanford University.
