Juniper Networks, Inc. Automates Service Sales with Encovers ServSmart Application

(MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. April 2, 2002) - Encover, Inc. (Encover), an emerging supplier of Service Sales Automation software, today announced that Juniper Networks, Inc. (Juniper Networks) has selected Encovers ServSmartTM Application to automate their service contract sales and renewal process.

Juniper Networks will deploy Encovers ServSmart™ solution to bring better visibility to its customer install-base, and to provide its partners with the ability to be self-sufficient with respect to selling and renewing service contracts.
