 Encover Adds Chief Financial Officer Former VP of Finance From Adecco To Lead Financial Operations MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., (December 15, 2003) – Encover, Inc., a provider of software and solutions that help manufacturers collaborate with their channel partners to maximize revenue from service contracts, today announced the appointment of Keith Taylor as CFO. 25 Year Veteran Brings Deep Operational and Strategic Experience to CFO Role “As a CFO and finance executive, I am constantly on the lookout for solutions that can impact both top-line revenue growth and bottom-line savings. Taylor is a senior finance executive with 25 years of experience in the high tech and service industries. He brings both extensive operational experience and deep strategic experience and has led investor fund raising, numerous mergers and acquisitions, and participated in a highly successful IPO. He was most recently CFO for BrassRing, Inc., a leading enterprise-level recruitment software and services provider, where he secured over $30M in funding and helped consolidate twelve merged companies into a single e-commerce leader. For five years, Taylor served as VP of Finance and Administration at Adecco, the $15B global staffing and HR consulting firm. Prior, Taylor spent nearly ten years at Apple Computer in a variety of senior finance positions, including Controller, Worldwide Infrastructure. He started his career at Ernst & Young, LLP where he earned his CPA and Certified Information Systems Auditor designations. He holds an MBA from San Jose State University and a BS in Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
