ENCOVER OPENS SALES CENTER IN SANDY, UTAH

New Sales Center Extends Encover's Worldwide Footprint with Facilities in California, Florida, and Belfast, Ireland

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., (April 28, 2005) — Encover®, Inc., a leading provider of services and solutions to help manufacturers maximize revenues from service contracts, today announced that it has opened its latest Sales Center to support both inside and outside sales. The new facility, located near Salt Lake City in Sandy, Utah, will initially support up to 100 Encover Sales Professionals. Encover's Utah Sales Center is the newest sales center serving Encover's clients, joining centers in Florida, California and Belfast, Ireland. In its Sales Centers around the world, Encover Sales Professionals sell service contracts ranging in price from several hundred to several millions of dollars on behalf of Global 1000 companies that include Eastman Kodak and Xerox Corporation.
